In developing and managing the Talentcenter
In 2019, the Chamber of commerce of Bolzano and the Autonomous Province of South Tyrol signed a cooperation agreement to develop a Talentcenter in Bolzano. With this agreement, the IRE - Institute for Economic Research of the Chamber of commerce of Bolzano/Bozen was commissioned with the establishment and management of the Talentcenter. There is also a cooperation with the Office for Educational and Professional Orientation, which offers young people individual counselling.
The Talentcenter of Bolzano/Bozen was inspired by the Talentcenter of the Styrian Economic Chamber which gained worldwide recognition in 2019 and was awarded the title of "Best education and training project". In the last few years, there has been close cooperation and an intensive transfer of knowledge with the partners from Graz.
At the same time, some new and further development of certain test procedures has taken place in collaboration with the University of Graz and the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano. Both Styrian and South Tyrolean adolescents benefit from this refinement in their professional orientation.
